    These dark chocolate and coconut bars have everything I love in a treat! Most importantly, you can say it’s a healthy treat with the unsweetened coconut and dark chocolate. Firstly, get a 9×13 pan out and line with parchment or aluminum foil. Spray the inside with cooking spray if you use aluminum foil. Set the oven for 350 degrees.
